Online Services
Scope
These terms apply to the AcuFin Global client portal and any other online tools we make available. They are read together with our Terms of Engagement and the engagement letter for the underlying services.
Account responsibility
Account credentials are personal to the named user. You are responsible for keeping them secret, for activity carried out under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any suspected compromise. We may require multi-factor authentication and may suspend access where suspicious activity is detected.
Documents and messaging
Documents you upload and messages you send through the portal are stored in line with our Privacy Policy and our regulatory record-keeping obligations. Communications through the portal are logged for audit purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload malicious files, content that breaches third-party rights, or content unrelated to your engagement with us. You agree not to share access credentials, attempt to access another client's data, or interfere with the operation of the portal.
Availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages can occur. Where the portal is unavailable, you may communicate with us via the contact channels published on our website.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, where these terms are breached, or where the underlying engagement is terminated. We will export, hand over or retain your records in accordance with our obligations.
Liability
Our liability for the online services is limited as set out in the Terms of Engagement and the engagement letter. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active users. The current version is always available at acufin.global/legal/online-services.
