Headquartered in Mauritius, AcuFin Corporate Limited (“AcuFin”) is a boutique firm excelling in corporate, fiduciary, fund, administration and accounting services. Licensed by the Financial Services Commission (“FSC”) in Mauritius with a Management and Trustee License, AcuFin caters to the needs of corporate, institutional or individual clients opting to use Mauritius as a launchpad for either domestic or international business operations.
Our team is made up of seasoned industry professionals who understand important disciplines and the markets in which we operate. Our offices are headquartered at 13A, King George V Avenue, Floreal, Mauritus.
We have established a reputation as a go-to firm for personalised solutions & services we’ve been offering to our clients. Our head office is linked to worldwide stakeholders through our representative offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

Kevin Ramsamy
Kevin is a Non-Executive Director at AcuFin Corporate Limited. He is a member of ACCA since 2008. He holds a BSc Honours in Economic and Finance from York University as well as a MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick University. Kevin has gathered over 10 years of experience in the Banking sector as he has previously worked with Standard Bank and HSBC. He took the position of Chairman of Standard Bank Pension Fund and was also Acting CFO of Standard Bank DRC. While being a Non-Executive Director with AcuFin, Kevin is at the same time serving as Director on various entities and funds, including Barak Fund Management Limited and he is also the CFO of Barak.
Mehsana Hosenbocus
Mehsana Hosenbocus is currently one of the executive directors and co-founder of AcuFin Corporate Limited (“AcuFin”). Prior to be appointed as executive director of AcuFin, Mehsana worked at SBM Bank (Mauritius Limited) & MauBank Ltd at Managerial level in the offshore department. Mehsana started her career in an offshore company and later pursued her career in the banking sector and thereby gathering over a decade of experience as of date in the offshore financial industry.
She has a legal background and completed her LLB with the University of London. In 2018, Mehsana completed her MBA with the MANCOSA University.
Akhshee Guzadhur
Akhshee is a qualified accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Mauritius.
She is currently appointed as the Corporate and Accounting Manager of AcuFin Corporate Limited. Prior to joining AcuFin Corporate Limited, Akhshee was a Trust Officer at Citco (Mauritius) Limited, an international offshore management company. Her responsibilities varied from secretarial to company formation, administration and compliance.
Akhshee has over 8 years of experience in the financial industry of Mauritius.
